Great for older users by Eric Weaver on 08/08/2011 My Dad is currently going through rehab for his knee problems and his doc has him using the Inspire Cardio Strider and he's really enjoyed it - which is a huge shock because typically he hates doing the physical rehab. I'm buying him one for his home - it doesn't take up much space and he can get on without any help - I'm sure it's going to help a lot for his mental and physical well being.
