The premium Precor EFX 5.33 features automatic CrossRamp® angles from 15 to 30 degrees, moving handlebars, 10 programs, 2 User IDs, 20 resistance levels and touch and telemetry heart rate monitoring with Smart Rate®. Heart rate chest strap transmitter NOT included.

Patented motion.
The patented motion allows your heels to remain in contact with foot pedals, reducing muscle and tendon stress. The adjustable CrossRamp®.
The adjustable CrossRamp on all Precor Crosstrainers alters the height of the elliptical path that your foot travels, called Variable Stride Geometry™. You’ll find this same movement on EFX in health clubs, hotels and fitness centers around the world, is the same you’ll find on each EFX in our Home Series.

Our CrossRamp technology is what makes an EFX a true Crosstrainer. By simply changing the angle of the ramp, you’re able to target different lower body muscles at will. 	Precor 5.33 EFX - Quality Fitness Elliptical by Fred - new Precor fan! on 03/01/2010 I bought this Precor 5.33 EFX from Leisure Fitness - I am finally getting fit again and this product is keeping up with me just fine. Half hour to an hour every day. Definitely wouldn't buy anything else besides a Precor EFX in the future!

	Precor EFX is the best in the business! by Jon on 07/27/2012 This is my second piece of Precor fitness equipment. I purchased a treadmill about 10 years ago, and then 2 months ago I decided I'd prefer a workout with slightly less impact to take some pressure off my joints. I have really enjoyed the Precor 5.33 EFX. It is stable, smooth and quiet. I highly recommend it.
