MEET DR. PAUL KENNEDY
Hello Everyone!
I’m Dr. Paul Kennedy. With a doctorate in Exercise Science, a former competitive weightlifter, collegiate strength and conditioning coach (Penn State and Rutgers) and former director of the largest personal training program in America, , I have made it my mission to help make America healthier and more fit.
Throughout my years in training and nutrition, I've had the opportunity to help hundreds of people -- just like you -- acheive their desired health and fitness goals. I've also found that some of the same questions about health and fitness come up over and over and it's for that reason that I've put this site together.
